Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on PrimeChess's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)

Enrolled students may share a personal referral code with friends. When a new student signs up using that code and enrols:

• The referred student receives a 50% discount on their first monthly tuition invoice.
• The referring student earns a 50% discount on a later monthly tuition invoice once the referred student has paid two monthly invoices.

How discounts are calculated: every referral discount is calculated on the lower of the two students' monthly fees. For example, if the referring student pays $100 per month and the referred student pays $150 per month, both discounts are calculated as a percentage of $100. A discount can never exceed the invoice it is applied to.

Referral discounts apply to recurring monthly tuition invoices only, have no cash value, and are not transferable or redeemable for payment. The combined discount on a single invoice may be capped; any unused discount balance carries forward to a later invoice. Discounts stop accruing if the referred student's enrolment closes before qualification.

PrimeChess may modify, suspend, or withdraw the referral program at any time; discounts already earned are honoured under the terms in effect when the referral was made. PrimeChess reserves the right to invalidate referrals arising from self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, or any other abuse of the program.

PrimeChess may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of incorporation, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
